If something happens to me, how will my family know what to do?

A well-drafted estate plan includes detailed instructions and appoints trusted individuals to act on your behalf. We sometimes recommend letting the "key players" of your plan know where they can access your documents if necessary, and even distributing copies of the documents to them if you are comfortable with that. Our firm also offers a complimentary meeting for family members of a deceased loved one to review their estate plan and any action that needs to be taken.
