What Assets are Protected From Medicaid?

The following assets are considered non-countable assets towards medicaid:

• Primary Residence (if intent to return)
• One Vehicle (if used by household)
• Pre-Paid Burial Plans
• Household furnishings/personal property
• Assets in a MAPT for more than five years
