What happens if your firm closes/goes out of business?

There is nothing “proprietary” about what we do- the plans that we put together for you can be administered or updated by any estate planning attorney. That being said, Trent has deep roots in Middle Tennessee having grown up in Franklin and at only 36, has 30+ years of professional career ahead of him. Moreover, if something does happen to Trent, our firm has a robust succession plan in place to ensure that our team will carry forward and continue in business.
