What is Full Estate Administration?

Full Probate/Estate Administration typically takes around 9-12 months and includes the following process:

Your probate attorney will file a petition and supporting documents to the court. The court or clerk reviews and either approves or calls for a hearing. When the estate is opened, a public notice to creditors will start a four month waiting period for creditors to submit claims. Once the claims are paid for, distributions can be made and a petition can be made to close the estate.
